2. Eligibility to Apply

To apply to become a Creator on Leomee, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age. If you are between 13 and 17, you may apply only with verifiable written consent from a parent or legal guardian (see Section 16).

3.1 Submission: You must complete the Creator Application form truthfully and accurately. Any misrepresentation is grounds for immediate rejection or, if discovered after approval, immediate termination.

3.2 Review Timeline: We aim to review applications within 3–7 business days. We do not guarantee approval of any application.

3.3 Approval Criteria: We evaluate applications based on (but not limited to): content quality, educational value, subject expertise, channel concept clarity, prior content experience, and platform fit.

3.4 Rejection: If rejected, you will be notified with a reason. You may reapply after 30 days if the reason is addressable. Leomee's decision on any application is final.

3.5 Revocation: Approval can be revoked at any time if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

3.6 One Application Per Account: Each Leomee account may have only one Creator Application. Submitting multiple applications via different accounts to circumvent rejection is grounds for permanent ban.

4. Content Standards & Prohibited Content

4.1 Educational Purpose: All content must be primarily educational, informative, or genuinely inspirational in nature and relevant to Leomee's student audience.

5. Content Review, Publication & Removal

5.1 Mandatory Review: Every video you upload will be reviewed by Leomee's content moderation team before being published to the platform. No video will go live without explicit approval. Review timelines may vary (typically 24–72 hours).

5.4 Creator-Requested Removal: You may not unilaterally delete or unpublish a video. If you wish to remove a video, you must submit a formal written request by email to contactleomee@gmail.com with the subject line "Video Removal Request — [Reel ID]". You must provide a valid reason (e.g., factual error, personal safety concern, copyright issue). Leomee will review the request and respond within 7 business days. Leomee's decision on removal requests is final.

5.5 Valid Reasons for Removal Requests: Include but are not limited to: (a) content contains a significant factual error; (b) content inadvertently exposes personal information; (c) copyright issue discovered post-upload; (d) a court order requiring removal. 6.2 Licence to Leomee: By uploading any Content to the platform, you grant Leomee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, broadcast, stream, translate, adapt, promote, and otherwise exploit your Content in any media format, across any platform or channel, for any purpose including commercial purposes, without any additional payment to you beyond the earnings structure described in these Terms.

6.3 Promotional Use: Leomee may feature your content in advertisements, social media promotions, email campaigns, partner platforms, and any other marketing material without seeking separate consent.

6.4 No Withdrawal of Licence: You may not revoke this licence simply because you wish to remove the content. The licence survives any termination of your Creator account for content already published at the time of termination.

6.5 Third-Party Content: You must not upload content that contains third-party intellectual property (music, footage, images, written material) without a valid licence, explicit written permission from the owner, or unless the use falls under fair use provisions. You are solely responsible for securing all necessary rights.

17. Third-Party Content & Copyright

17.1 If your content includes clips, images, music, or text owned by third parties, you must have a valid licence or legal right to use that content. Claiming "fair use" does not automatically exempt you from claims.
